Purchase & Refund Policies:

Refund requests for membership are granted at the sole discretion of the GVHS. Requests must be made within 15 days of receipt of your payment. You will be given instructions on return of any materials or premiums which might have been provided with membership, and if granted, refunds for this reason will be made within 30 days.

Donations to GVHS are not refundable once payment has been processed or constructively received.

Event ticket cancellation requests received in writing or by fax 10 working days prior to the event, will be refunded at 90% within 30 days. Substitutions are welcome. Fees are owed upon registration and are payable within 10 days (but not later than 7 days before the starting day of the event). Registration is not guaranteed until payment is received. Payments will be refunded if the event is cancelled by GVHS and in that case, GVHS will have no further liability to the participant. Registrations remain valid if an event has to be postponed.

Refund requests for defective goods from the Museum Bookstore must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase. You will be given instructions on return of goods and all refunds for this reason will be made within 30 days.
