The Goleta Valley Historical Society oversees Rancho La Patera and is a nonprofit, volunteer-run organization.  Volunteer opportunities and time commitments vary tremendously, and all are appreciated. 

Join other volunteers for a no-host brown bag lunch at noon on the second Wednesday of the month on the Stow House porch.  Bring a picnic lunch and conversation.
